§ 1742. Record of decrees relating to real estate; where recorded
Certified copies of final orders or decrees of a probate division of the superior court relating to real estate shall be recorded in the office where by law a deed of such real estate is required to be recorded. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), { 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
