§ 1559. Creditor's lien
Such creditor shall have a lien upon the judgment so recovered by him or her for the costs incurred and such other expenses as the probate division of the superior court deems equitable. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), { 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
