§ 2318. Other trustees, when

The probate division of the superior court may appoint trustees in cases not otherwise provided for when the use of property, real or personal, descends to a person for life or for a term of years, and shall have the same power to enforce such trust which such court has in case of guardians of minor children. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), { 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
