§ 2103. Record; evidence

Upon acceptance and approval of bonds required to be given to a probate division of the superior court, such bonds shall be filed and docketed in the office of such court to which they are given. A copy thereof duly certified by such court shall be evidence in all cases as to the facts therein stated, as though the original were produced. (Amended 1971, No. 179 (Adj.
