§ 7224. Execution of warrant

An officer shall arrest and hold the respondent on such warrant for 24 hours. However, the respondent, at the time of his or her arrest upon the mittimus, may waive the provisions of this section. (Amended 1969, No. 131, { 11, eff. April 23, 1969.)
