§ 7101 Definitions

§ 7101. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the Windsor county youth court advisory board.

(2) "Child" means an individual over the age of 13 years and under the age of 18 years.

(3) "Contract" means the conditions a child must follow to succeed in court diversion.

(4) "Court diversion" means the Windsor county court diversion program.

(5) "Youth court" means the Windsor county youth court. (Added 1995, No. 18, { 1.)
