§ 4529. Foreclosure of equity of redemption-Recording
In the foreclosure of the equity of redemption in lands, where the time of redemption has expired, the party obtaining the foreclosure shall cause to be recorded in the office where by law a deed of the lands is required to be recorded, within thirty days after the expiration of the time of redemption, a certified copy of the judgment.
