§ 992. Use of "cooperative."

The use of the word "cooperative" as a part of the name of any individual, partnership, corporation, or association is hereby limited to such associations as are legally organized and chartered under the provisions of this subchapter or chapters 1, 8, 14 or 17 of this title.
