§ 2609a. Income from lease of mountaintop communication sites
Annually on February 15, the agency of natural resources shall submit a report to the senate and house appropriations committees, the senate finance committee and the house ways and means committee containing an itemization of the income generated through the end of the previous fiscal year from the use of sites for communication purposes.
