CHAPTER 35. DRAINAGE OF LOW LANDS
§ 860. Opening on noncompliance with order
When a person does not open a ditch or watercourse, or his or her proportion thereof, in accordance with the order of the select-board, a person interested who was a party of record in the proceedings may open such ditch or watercourse and collect pay for the same of the party who was directed by the order of the select-board to open such ditch or watercourse.
