§ 650f Limitations


10 VT Stats § 650f. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 650f. Limitations

The following limitations shall apply:

(1) A recipient may receive only one grant under this chapter for the same film.

(2) A grant awarded under this chapter to an applicant for a film may not exceed 10 percent of the qualified film production expenses incurred for the film.

(3) In no case shall the aggregate amount of grants awarded in any fiscal year under this chapter exceed $1,000,000.00. (Added 2005, No. 184 (Adj. Sess.), { 17e.)
