§ 4833. Coyote control program

The commissioner shall develop a coyote control program for implementation in those areas of the state where he or she has determined that predation by coyotes is posing a threat to domesticated animals, deer and other wildlife. In no event shall the program use poison. (Added 1985, No. 132 (Adj. Sess.).)
