Subchapter VII. Penalties

§ 2771. Deceptive acts or practices In addition to other penalties provided by law, a violation of this chapter or rule adopted thereunder shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice in commerce subject to the penalty provisions established in chapter 63 of this title.
