§ 2914. Rulemaking

The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules, orders, and regulations and make specific rulings, demands, and findings as may be necessary for the proper conduct of business and enforcement of this chapter. (Added 2009, No. 96 (Adj. Sess.), { 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.)
