§ 2550. Administrative procedures

All administrative proceedings under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with chapter 25 of Title 3 and any regulations promulgated by the department on hearing procedure. (Added 2001, No. 55, { 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.)
