§ 4062e. Compliance with medicaid recovery provisions

A health insurer as defined in section 1904 of Title 33 that issues, sells, renews, or offers health insurance coverage in Vermont or who is required to be licensed or registered with the department shall comply with the requirements of sections 1907, 1908, 1909, and 1910 of Title 33. The commissioner shall enforce such requirements pursuant to his or her authority under this title. (Added 2007, No. 65, { 110e.)
