§ 3786 Minimum limitation on reserves
§ 3786. Minimum limitation on reserves
In no event shall an insurer's aggregate reserves for all life insurance policies, excluding disability and accidental death benefits, issued on or after the date on which nonforfeiture values of the insurer's ordinary life insurance policies became based upon the Commissioners 1941 Standard Ordinary Mortality Table, be less than the aggregate reserves calculated in accordance with the methods set forth in sections 3785, 3788, 3788a and 3789 of this title and the mortality table or tables and rate or rates of interest used in calculating nonforfeiture benefits for such policies.
