§ 3422. Mutual insurers-Prohibitions

A domestic mutual insurer shall not merge or consolidate with a stock insurer where the surviving corporation will be a stock insurer. (1967, No. 344 (Adj. Sess.), { 1 (ch. 1, subch. 4, { 2); amended 1993, No. 28, { 1, eff. May 21, 1993.)
