§ 3311. Quorum

In the case of a mutual insurance company, the policyholders or annuitants therein, who attend a duly called meeting, shall constitute a quorum. (1967, No. 344 (Adj. Sess.), { 1 (ch. 1, subch. 1, { 11).)
