§ 582. Costs against owner or keeper

If proceedings for the condemnation of malt, vinous, spirituous liquor or alcohol or a still or other apparatus for the manufacture of alcohol result in the prosecution and conviction of the owner or keeper thereof for an offense hereunder, the costs in such proceedings shall be taxed against such owner or keeper.
