§ 581. Seizure proceedings without delay by replevin

Proceedings on seizure of malt, vinous or spirituous liquor or alcohol or a still or other apparatus for the manufacture of alcohol, except final execution, shall not be delayed by a replevin thereof, but the cause shall proceed to final judgment as if replevin had not been commenced.
