§ 304. Suspension or revocation
The liquor control board shall have power to suspend or revoke any such certificate of approval in the event the holder thereof shall fail to comply with any regulation of the board or to submit reports to the commissioner of taxes in accordance with the agreements contained in such application for such certificate. No such certificate shall be revoked unless the holder thereof shall have had an opportunity to be heard after reasonable notice. Notice of any such revocation or suspension shall be sent to each holder of a bottler's or wholesaler's license prior to the effective date thereof.
