§ 1108. Construction with other laws

The provisions of chapter 25 of Title 3 shall apply to adoption of rules, notices, hearings and other proceedings under this chapter unless inconsistent with its provisions. The powers granted to the secretary under this chapter shall not limit, restrict or suspend any similar powers the secretary may have under other provisions of law, and shall not limit or restrict any powers specifically granted to any other state agency.
