§ 765. Exemptions from bond
A nonprofit cooperative association, organized under chapter 1 or 7 of Title 11, or similar laws of other states, shall not be required to furnish a bond as required in section 764 of this title. (Amended 1959, No. 91, { 5, eff. April 7, 1959.)
