§ 371. Rules; enforcement

The secretary is authorized to adopt rules pursuant to 3 V.S.A. chapter 25 as may be necessary to implement the intent of this chapter and to enforce those rules. (Added 1985, No. 126 (Adj. Sess.), { 1; amended 2003, No. 42, { 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
