§ 1732. Penalties

A person, firm or corporation who violates a provision of section 1731 of this title shall be imprisoned not more than six months or fined not more than $200.00 nor less than $25.00, or both. (Amended 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), { 23.)
