§ 3735. Boarding train or loitering about railroad property; penalty
A person boarding or riding without permission on a train, car or locomotive, other than a passenger train, or a person boarding or riding on a passenger train without paying fare, or a person loitering in or about a railroad yard, station or car without permission, shall be imprisoned not more than ninety days, or fined not more than $25.00, or both.
