§ 35. Depositions

The agency of transportation, their representatives or any party in any investigation or hearing conducted by virtue of this title may cause the depositions of witnesses, wherever residing, to be taken in the manner and be used for those purposes which the supreme court by rule has provided for taking depositions in civil actions in the superior courts. (Added 1985, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), { 1.)
