[Utilization of National Guard to Carry Out Vermont's Drug

Enforcement Support Plan]

I, Richard A. Snelling, Governor of the State of Vermont, under the authority vested in me as Governor and by 20 V.S.A., section 366, and having determined that the necessities of public service require the participation of the Vermont National Guard in drug interdiction and counter-drug activities, I hereby delegate to the Adjutant General of the State of Vermont the authority to utilize the services of National Guardsmen for the purpose of:

Carrying out the State of Vermont FY91 Drug Enforcement Support Plan, as approved by the Secretary of Defense and for which federal funds have been allocated pursuant to 32 U.S.C.A., section 112.
