and Security in Franklin, Lamoille, and Orleans Counties]

Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Governor of Vermont and Commander-in-Chief, Vermont National Guard, and having determined that the necessity of public service requires it, I hereby order and direct the Adjutant General of Vermont to order into service a Force of National Guardsmen for the purpose of assisting in flood recovery operations and security in the Counties of Franklin, Lamoille, and Orleans.
