§ 3456 - -Limit of indebtedness
§ 3456. -Limit of indebtedness
The amount of indebtedness of an incorporated school district, town school district or union high school incurred to finance any project approved under sections 3447-3456 of this title shall not be considered a part of the indebtedness of such local district for the purpose of determining its debt limit, as provided by section 1762 of Title 24, or otherwise.
