2005 Vermont Code - § 7708. — Reports

§ 7708. Reports

The agency shall file reports with the governor and general assembly on or before January 15 of each year. Each report shall include an accounting of the loans and grants from and repayments to the fund during the preceding fiscal year. (Added 1989, No. 206 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
