2005 Vermont Code - § 7706. — Administration

§ 7706. Administration

(a) The agency may negotiate with lending institutions to provide a supplementary loan to qualified borrowers.

(b) The agency shall be responsible for the efficient administration of the program and may enter into contracts when necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. (Added 1989, No 206 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
