2005 Vermont Code - § 7705. — Grants

§ 7705. Grants

Grants may be awarded for the purposes stated in section 7704 of this title. Grants may only be awarded to persons with disabilities whose personal resources are such that they cannot otherwise purchase the needed equipment through conventional financing without experiencing undue financial hardship. (Added 1989, No. 206 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
