§ 7702. Board
(a) An adaptive equipment revolving fund board is established which shall consist of five members appointed by the secretary of the agency. At least two board members shall be persons with disabilities and at least one shall be an agency employee. The remaining members may be private business persons. The board shall annually elect a chair from among its membership.
(b) Members shall be appointed for a term of four years. Any vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment for the unexpired portion of that term.
(c) Members may receive compensation and expenses as provided in 32 V.S.A. § 1010. (Added 1989, No. 206 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
