2005 Vermont Code - § 7507. — Immunity

§ 7507. Immunity

No civil liability shall attach to the state ombudsman or any ombudsman for good faith performance of the duties imposed by this chapter. (Added 1989, No. 251 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
