§ 6905. Mandatory reporting to and post-mortem investigation of deaths by medical examiner
When a person making a report of suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult has reasonable cause to believe that a vulnerable adult died as a result of abuse or neglect, the department shall notify the medical examiner immediately.
