§ 6303. Biennial report

On or before January 15, 1987, and biennially thereafter, the secretary shall file a report with the chairpersons of the senate and house committees on health and welfare on the status of long-term care services in this state and the progress that has been made in implementing the long-term care policy. (Added 1985, No. 129 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
