§ 6105. Annual report

Annually, prior to January 15, the board shall submit a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to the governor and to the general assembly. The report shall contain an evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs and services financed or to be financed by the independence fund, which shall include an assessment of the impact of such programs and services on the prospective rate of growth of admissions to institutions for the elderly and handicapped.
