2005 Vermont Code - § 5561. — Discharge from probation

§ 5561. Discharge from probation

(a) The court placing a juvenile on probation may terminate probation and discharge the juvenile at any time.

(b) Upon the termination of the period of probation, the juvenile probationer shall be discharged from probation. (Added 1993, No. 178 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
