2005 Vermont Code - § 5550. — Probation

§ 5550. Probation

(a) Upon a finding of delinquency, the court may place the juvenile on probation, subject to the supervision of the commissioner, upon such conditions as it may prescribe. The length of probation shall be as prescribed by the court or until further order of the court.

(b) As used in sections 5550-5561 of this title, "commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of social and rehabilitation services. (Added 1993, No. 178 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
