2005 Vermont Code - § 5522. — Subpoena

§ 5522. Subpoena

Upon application of a party the court or the clerk of the court shall issue and, on the court's own motion, it may issue subpoenas requiring attendance and testimony of witnesses and production of papers at any hearing under this chapter. (1967, No. 304 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
