2005 Vermont Code - § 8556. — Exemption

§ 8556. Exemption

For the purposes of this subchapter, a continuing care retirement community certified under chapter 151 of Title 8 shall not be deemed to be an insurance company or other entity subject to the tax imposed by this subchapter. (Added 1987, No. 247 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
