2005 Vermont Code - § 5903. — Exceptions

§ 5903. Exceptions

Section 5902 of this title shall not apply to a disclosure of information if such disclosure is made:

(1) pursuant to subdivision 3102(d)(4) of this title; or

(2) pursuant to an order of a court. (Added 1971, No. 251 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 1, 1972; 2003, No. 70 (Adj. Sess.), § 42, eff. March 1, 2004.)
