2005 Vermont Code - § 5262. — Recording lands not redeemed

§ 5262. Recording lands not redeemed

Within thirty days from the expiration of the time for redemption, the collector shall deposit with the town clerk for record a list of the lands which have not been redeemed, but a failure to comply with this provision shall not affect the title of the purchaser.
