§ 5132. Conferences; bulletins; forms

The director may examine a tax list in the hands of a collector; shall confer from time to time with collectors and advise them concerning their official duties, and furnish them printed instructions and directions relating thereto; shall issue such bulletins as in his judgment will aid in enforcing the law, and shall formulate and furnish the necessary forms for the use of officials required to make returns to him. (Amended 1977, No. 105, § 14(a).)
