2005 Vermont Code - § 4967. — Transmission of taxes to director

§ 4967. Transmission of taxes to director

All moneys received by supervisors in the collection of taxes or otherwise in the performance of their official duties, except fees, shall be paid by them to the director quarterly, on the first Tuesday in February, May, August and November. Such director shall keep separate accounts of the moneys so received by him from the respective supervisors. (Amended 1977, No. 105, § 14(a).)
