§ 3942. References to "quadrennial appraisal" amended or repealed

In any instance where reference is made to quadrennial appraisals in any section of Vermont Statutes Annotated or any amendments thereto, such reference shall be considered deleted, or a reference made within said statute to the quadrennial appraisal shall be construed to refer to the next preceding annual appraisal. Provisions of any municipal charter relating to quadrennial appraisals are hereby amended so as to conform to the provisions and intent of this subchapter and all provisions in municipal charters dealing solely with quadrennial appraisal are hereby repealed.
