2005 Vermont Code - § 3606. — Standing timber

§ 3606. Standing timber

The sale or conveyance of standing timber shall not affect the valuation of the underlying land. (Amended 1997, No. 71 (Adj. Sess.), § 7c, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.)
