§ 3484. Furnishing names to listers
(a) On application of a lister in the performance of his duties, keepers of hotels, boarding and dwelling houses shall give the names of all persons residing in their respective houses. When such keeper refuses to give such information, or knowingly gives false information, he shall be fined $10.00.
(b) On application of a lister in the performance of his duties, a person who refuses to give the names of the persons in his employ or knowingly gives false information shall be fined $10.00.
